• Place the whole motor assembly on the vertical arm by inserting both holder rims on the arm until both
hols in the rims and the arms line with each other – use the 2 bolts with nuts to screw them tightly
together:
• Now the whole product can be fixed on a vertical surface.
• After fixing it connect the wire to a grounded power supply. An additional power switch and an PRCD is
recommended. While installing the wires leave enough room for the swinging movement of the motor-
brush assembly.
Finally install the brush on the motor shaft and connect them together with shaft secured with a pin on
its end. CAUTION: do not hit on the motor output shaft!
• Always check and verify that the bolts/nuts on the machine are securely tightened.
• Ensure the device is installed in a place where it will not be knocked or damaged by vehicles passing by.
• Sufficient clearance around the appliance should be provided in order to allow the cows freedom to
move around the device as they please for ultimate comfort.
• IMPORTANT: the tails of the animals that will use the appliance must be clipped. The part that remains
with long hair at the tip of the tail should be a maximum of 3 cm. If you do not shave the tail hair at all
or leave the long-haired part at the tip more than 3 cm, the tail can get caught on the brush and even
break the tail!
This appliance is not suitable for long hair animals like dogs, sheep or goats!
