2. Failure of the
position sensor (U3)
Return to the manufacturer's service
centre for repair
3. The door is too
light
Use a door weighing 300-1000 g.
Wait 8 seconds after installation. The
door will then perform a functional
test and return to normal operation.
4. The position of
the cable inside the
controller is
incorrect
Open the front panel of the
controller, position the cable
manually as shown on the PCB and
wait 8 seconds. The door will then
perform a functional test and return
to normal operation.

Trip is too
long
The door must
move at a distance
of more than 1.5 m
Press the "↑" button to shorten the
path covered by the door to match
the entrance opening. Release the
"MENU" button to clear the error.
The door will perform a functional
test and then resume normal
operation.

Door Blocked!
1. Opening the door
is blocked
Check that the door is not blocked by
obstacles. After removing the
obstacles, press the “MENU” button
to clear the error. The door will
perform a functional test and then
resume normal operation.
2. Closing the door
is blocked
Check that the door is not blocked by
obstacles at the bottom of the door
or in the way of its usual movement.
When these are removed, the door
will close automatically.
3. The door is too
