Close the lid to connect the safety switch (automatically cuts off the power when opened), close the emergency switch, set
the ON/OFF power switch to the "I" position, turn the speed control knob clockwise until the internal basket reaches the
required speed.
When finished, turn the ON/OFF power switch back to the "0"/"STOP" position and turn the speed control knob to the "0"
position. When the internal basket stops rotating, open the lid and check that honey extraction is proceeding correctly.
Repeat the honey extraction process if there are honey residues in the comb cells.
If there is no honey residue in the comb cells after extraction, perform the following steps:
Invert the frames and put them back into the inner basket of the honey extractor. Repeat the extraction process until the
honey is completely extracted.
Place the bucket/container under the honey valve and open it and the honey will drain into the bucket/container. Tilt the
unit forward so that as much honey as possible flows out.
The lid has a built-in safety switch that cuts off the power when it is opened.
Warning: Do not open the front cover while the device is operating to reduce the possibility of injury.

3.5. Cleaning and maintenance
a) Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool completely before each cleaning, adjustment or replacement of
accessories, or if the device is not being used.
