OPERATION
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Remove the rechargeable battery from the device before use.
• Be sure the blower is ready for safe operation by replacing damaged or worn parts.
• Clean ventilation slots and openings with a brush.
• DO NOT use any solvents or cleaning agents containing chemicals that could damage the plastic
parts. Use a dry cloth to clean the house of the blower.
• Keep the blower away from children. Keep the blower in a cool, dry location.
• Store and charge your rechargeable batteries in a cool, dry location. Temperatures above or
below normal room temperature shorten the lifespan of the rechargeable batteries.
• Do not store rechargeable batteries when discharged. Wait until the rechargeable battery has
cooled down and charge it completely.
• Rechargeable batteries gradually lose their charge. The higher the temperature, the quicker they
lose their charge. For longer storage periods, recharge the rechargeable battery every one or two
months. This will extend the lifespan of the rechargeable battery.
• Do not store the blower where the switch trigger may be pressed.
WARNING: Remove the battery pack from the product when cleaning or performing maintenance
to avoid personal injury.
WARNING: Always wear eye protection with side shields marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1,
along with hearing protection. Failure to do so could result in objects being thrown into your eyes
resulting in possible serious injury.
WARNING: Use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts can create a hazard or
cause product damage.
WARNING: Never use water or any liquids to clean or rinse o the product and do not expose
the product to rain or wet conditions. Keep the product inside in a cool, dry area when not in use.
Corrosive liquids, water, and chemicals can enter electronic components and battery compartment.
Short circuitry can result when the electrical components or battery pack are damaged. Remove any
buildup of dirt and debris by wiping the product clean with a dry cloth occasionally.
Notice: Inspect the entire product for damaged, missing, or loose parts. Tighten all fasteners and
caps until they are secure. Do not operate this device if parts are damaged or missing. Please
contact customer service .
WARNING: Do not let corrosive, ammable, or combustible chemicals come in contact with
plastic parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or destroy plastic which can result in serious injury.
USING CRUISE CONTROL
The cruise control can be used to operate the
blower without holding the switch trigger.
To engage the cruise control:
• Press the switch trigger and stop at the desired
speed.
• Push the cruise control lever down.
• Release the switch trigger.
• Pull the cruise control lever up entirely to
release the cruise control function.
