7. Flush system through well (see Chapter 8.1.3).

Relieve system pressure (see Chapter 7.4.4).
9. Remove ushing agent.
Preparation for spraying
1. Fill the metallic product tank (14) with lacquer and place in the cabinet.
2. Immerse in tank the suction system (13).
3. Clamp the potential equalization line (22) to the product tank (14).
4. Connect the AquaCoat system to the electric socket with the electric cable (9).
5. Close the cabinet door (2).
6. Switch on mains switch on the VM 5020W.
7. The system is ready for use.

6.8.3 VERIFYING A SAFE OPERATIONAL CONDITION
A skilled person must check to ensure that the device is in a reliable state after it is installed
and commissioned.
This includes:

Carry out safety checks in accordance with Chapter 8.2.3.
–
Function test in accordance with Chapter 11.
