5.6.1 VM 5020W CONTROL UNIT
The assembled spray system can be operated and regulated with the VM 5020W control unit.

0 = Control unit switched o.
1 = Control unit switched on.
2 Universal control dial
– Dynamic digital control dial with 32 positions per revolution.
– Adjustment speed is proportional to rotational speed.
– Used to adjust high voltage and spray current.
– For setting parameter values in conguration mode.
3 Push button "Standby"
For switching to standby mode.
4 Illuminated display: "Standby"
Lights up when the device is in standby mode.
5 Push button "Spray current"
For activating the function.
The current limitation is set with the rotary controller (2) and is indicated in the LED
display (27).
– Adjusting range: 10–100 µA
– Resolution: 1 µA
