The low nibble describes the CAN state, the high nibble gives further information about
the error.
The transmission of EMCY messages can be disabled by setting bit 31 (MSB) in object
1014h-00h.
By changing 1015h a minimum pause between two EMCYs can be defined (in steps
of 100µs).
