Troubleshooting
The screen is dicult to pull up:
Use a coin or key to pry the screen open just enough to get your nger under it and
pull it open.
The levels of the wireless mics are louder than the wired mics:
Adjust the levels of the wireless microphones. You can access the wireless
microphone volume controls by unscrewing the battery cover. See Page 12
I hear notication sounds when I don’t want to:
Go into the screen’s settings and disable all notications. To nd these options
open Settings>Apps & notications>Notications.
The wireless microphones don’t hold a charge anymore:
Replace the rechargeable battery in the battery compartment. (Battery type 18650
– Lithium-ion 3.7V)
I left the Wedding-Singer in a closet for a long time and now the battery won’t
charge:
Leave the Wedding-Singer plugged into power for over 24 hours to refresh the
battery.
I’m having too much fun at my event:
Unfortunately, this cannot be avoided when using the Voco-Pro Wedding-Singer.
