Battery Care
• Fully charge the battery before rst use and
when stored for longer than 3 months. Fully
charge the unit every 6 months at least when
storing it long term.
• Please do not operate the unit at low voltage
as it may compromise the performance of the
system.
• Battery capacity may reduce considerably in
cold weather
External Battery Power
• The unit can be powered by connecting it to
an automobile’s auxiliary power outlet
(12V DC).
• Be sure to connect the power cable to the
unit’s power input on the control panel
BEFORE connecting it to your car’s power
outlet to avoid damaging your vehicle’s
electrical systems.
• Please note that the auxiliary outlet will not
recharge the unit’s internal battery.
