1. SPDIF OUTPUT
OFF: When using the analog L/R RCA output
SPDIF/RAW: When using the Digital Coaxial output and connecting to an Dolby Digital/DTS amp
with digital decoder
SPDIF/PCW: When using the Digital Coaxial output and connecting to a 2-channel amp with digi-
tal decoder
2. DUAL MONO
For use with Multiplex formatted files only.
NOTE: For more convenient operation you can use the L/R button on the remote control to toggle
between these options.
STEREO: Audio playback is standard L/R stereo
L-MONO: The right, guide vocal channel is removed, and replaced with a duplicate, instrumental
left channel.
(Only on Multiplex formatted files)
R-MONO: The left channel is removed, and replaced with a duplicate right channel of all vocals.
(Only on Multiplex formatted files)
MIX-MONO: Audio playback is in LR/LR mode, also known as virtual stereo.
3. COMPRESSION
OFF: No Compression
2/8: High compression for quieter (late night) use
4/8: Medium compression for general use
6/8: Low compression
FULL: Full-volume cinematic sound
