ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
This folding mezzanine ladder system must be fastened securely to a wall or a walkway capable of
supporting AT LEAST the combined weight of the stairway plus a full capacity load of 350 pounds
(159kg). Refer to your SPECIFICATIONS
document for the net weight of your ladder system.
Step 1: Select the location where the stairs will be installed.

Press button in DOWN
direction: Causes
cable to unwind from
the spool and the
ladder extends/lowers

of arrows (clockwise) until
button pops up to activate
controller. Push button
down to deactivate
