heating foods evenly in a short time. It is
recommended that you preheat the oven for

Grilling Function: The
oven’s thermostat and
warning lights will switch
on, and the grill heating
element will start
operating. This function
is used for grilling and
toasting foods on the upper shelves of the
oven. Lightly brush the wire grid with oil to
stop food sticking and place food in the centre
of the grid. Always place a tray beneath the
food to catch any drips of oil or fat. It is
recommended that you preheat the oven for
about 10 minutes.
Warning: When grilling, the oven door
must be closed and the oven temperature
should be adjusted to 190°C.
Faster Grilling

function is used for faster grilling and for
grilling food with a larger surface area, such as
meat. Use the upper shelves of the oven.

and grill will be energised along with the fan to
ensure even cooking. Use the upper shelves of
the oven. Lightly brush the wire grid with oil to
stop food sticking and place food in the centre
of the grid. Always place a tray beneath the
food to catch any drips of oil or fat. It is
recommended that you preheat the oven for
about 10 minutes.

Baked Stew
1, 5 kilos of meat
200 g finely sliced tail oil
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
2 spoonful butter
1 teaspoon or a small sugar cubes
1, 5 kilos of tomatoes
1 kilo eggplant
10-12 hot or horse green peppers
1 large head garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation of;
For preheating, the oven function and
temperature switch are set to the stew function
and the stew temperature. Put butter,
tomato paste and sugar in the pan. Place half
the tail fat in the pot. Put the meat on it. Add
half the tomato and pepper on it. Add the
eggplants. Add the remaining tomatoes and
peppers on the eggplants. Line the garlic on
top and add the remaining tail fat. If there is
salt and preferred spices, add the spices. If you
like a juicy stew, you can add as much water as
a glass. If the pot has a lid, close the lid;
otherwise, you grab the pot with aluminum foil.
Pots are placed in the preheated oven. After
the cooking process is over, turn off the oven
and hold the oven door open and let the pan
cool inside the oven. Once cool enough, your
stew is ready for service.
