PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Dust is escaping
from the vacuum
cleaner.
Dust cup full. Empty the dust bag.
Dust bag is not attached
properly.
Check the dust bag for proper
installation.
One of the filters is not fully
seated.
Remove, clean and replace
filters.
When pressed
on the button,
electric cable is not
rewound properly.
Electrical cable stuck in the
product during rewinding.
Loosen the power cord carefully.
Then press the button once
more.
Motor is causing
abnormal sounds.
There may be clogging.
Stop the appliance immediately.
Check whether there is blockage
in the floor brush, telescopic
tube, filters or suction hose.
Remove clogging if there is any.
The container
won't come out.
The appliance is equipped with
a safety mechanism to ensure
safe transport. The container
removal button cannot be
pressed when the appliance is
at an angle.
On a level surface, press the
container removal button to
pull the container upwards and
remove it.
