When you notice an abnormal situation
in your appliance, you may attempt to
troubleshoot according to the descriptions
given in the table.
If your appliance does not still operate
properly, contact Vestel Call Center.

PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Vacuum cleaner is
not working.
Not plugged in properly.
Plug it firmly.
No power at the outlet. Check the fuse or power switch.
On/Off button is not pressed. Press the On/Off button.
Blown fuse/blown switch.
Lift the switch or replace the
fuse.
The vacuum
cleaner does not
pick up. /Suction
power is very low
Mechanical Suction Power
Adjustment Knob setting is too
high.
Turn off the mechanical
absorption power control
button.
Floor brush, telescopic tube or
hose is blocked.
Remove the dust blocking the
floor brush. Check whether
there is blockage in the floor
brush, telescopic tube or suction
hose. If there is blockage then
remove it and restart the
product.
The hose is not fully inserted.
Check to see if the hose is fully
inserted.
Dust bag is not fully inserted or
it is full.
Check the dust bag for proper
installation.Empty the dust
bag.
Filters are dirty/clogged. Clean or replace the filters.
Suction power
is low while
accessories are
installed.
The accessory is not installed
correctly.
Ensure that the accessory is
properly installed.
