Problem Possible Cause Solution

indicators are lit
up simultaneously.
• The ice basket is
not in the correct
position.
• There is ice under
the ice shovel,
jamming it.
• The motor is
damaged.
• Unplug the unit and take out the ice
basket, then plug it back in again.
Restart the unit.
• Disconnect the power cable from
the mains socket. Gently push the
ice shovel to the rear of the unit and
remove the ice chips or allow them to
melt before restarting the unit. After
3 minutes the unit will restart.
• Take the unit to the nearest service
centre.
The unit is turned
on, but no indicator
lights display.
• Blown fuse. • Replace the fuse and restart the unit.
The ice cubes are
stuck.
• It is taking too long
to make ice.
• The water in the
water tank is too
cold.
• There is too much
ice in the ice tray.
• Stop ice production. Restart the unit
once the ice has melted.
• Fill the water tank with water at a
temperature between 8°C and 25°C.
• Remove the ice from the ice basket.
Ice production
appears normal,
but no ice is being
produced.
• The ambient
temperature or
water temperature
is too high.
• The compressor has
no refrigerant, is
damaged or the fan
motor is damaged.
• Start ice production in an
environment with an ambient
temperature below 32°C. Fill the
water tank with fresh water.
• Take the unit to the nearest service
centre.
Low ice production. • Low heat
dissipation.
• The water
temperature is too
high.
• The ambient
temperature is too
high.
• Check there is sufficient ventilation
around the unit (min. 20 cm on all
sides).
• Fill the water tank with water at a
temperature between 8°C and 25°C.
• Use the unit in an environment with
an ambient temperature below 32°C.
