NOTE: We recommend that during the self-cleaning
process, you place the product on a water resistant
surface with drainage or in a bucket.

Once self-cleaning is finished, the indicator light (6) will become
white and flashing constantly with beep sounds until the product
is switched off.
9.
Rotate the steam intensity knob (7) counter-clockwise
completely (to position) to switch off the product.
NOTE: To stop the self-cleaning function, turn the steam
intensity knob (7) counter-clockwise to position.
Pressing the self-cleaning button will not stop the
process.
Troubleshooting
Use this troubleshooting guide to resolve any common problems that you may encounter with
the product. If the problem persists, do not use the product and contact an authorised repair
centre to have it inspected and if necessary, repaired.
Problem Possible solution
There is no steam coming out
from the mop head (11).
•
Check if the steam mop is plugged into a mains
supply.
•
Check if the steam intensity knob (7) is set to one of
the three steam modes (Low/Medium/High).
•
Check if the water level is between MIN and MAX
level.
The product does not work. •
Check if the steam mop is plugged into a mains
supply.
•
Check if the steam intensity knob (7) is set to one of
the three steam modes (Low/Medium/High).
The product is blocked by lime
scale.
• Mix one part of citric acid with three parts of water.
Pour this mixture into the water container (13) and
use the self-cleaning function to remove lime scale.
See “Self-cleaning” section.
The product leaves wet stains
on the floor.
•
Let the cleaning cloth (C) dry before cleaning or use
a new, dry cleaning cloth.
