Water Drainage Methods
The air conditioner evaporates condensed water and discharges moisture through the
hot air outlet.
However, in some cases the unit may not be able to condense 100% of the evaporated
water; if this happens, the water tank fills up, and the unit stops. “FL" will appear on the
display.
To drain the water, follow these steps:
Unplug the air conditioner, disconnect the outlet hose at the rear and move the air 1.
conditioner to a suitable place for drainage, or place it outdoors.
Remove the top of the water outlet base to drain the water. 2.
Once the internal water tank is drained, reinstall the base stop and make sure it is 3.
securely seated.
Place the air conditioner in the desired location, reconnect the outlet hose and plug 4.
in the air conditioner. The unit will operate normally.
