Note: Using power adapter other than the one that comes included might not provide
enough power for the unit or causing other issues such as unstable connections.
Q: The display is not turning on after I plugged in the USB-C power cable. What can I do?
A: Make sure that you are using the original power adapter that comes with the device.
Other adapters might be incompatible with the device to provide a sufficient power supply.
Q: I’ve confirmed that my phone supports CarPlay / Android Auto, but my phone can not
establish a stable connection with the screen. What can I do?
A: Make sure that you are using the original power adapter that comes with the device.
Other adapters might be incompatible and fail to provide a sufficient power supply.
Q: Is it possible to pair the display with multiple devices?
A: Yes, you can pair the display with several phones. However, it can maintain an active
connection with only one device at a time. It may not connect to the preferred device
when several paired devices are within range. To switch to another device, unpair the
currently active phone in the Bluetooth settings menu and then try to reconnect.
