Array-Angle Selection Tables
The pick-point bar of each MC15-FB y bar has 18 holes available to attach a shackle and the MC15-RC rigging chain bridle. Each hole is marked with a number, with 1 at the
front, and 18 at the rear. The hole selection will determine the angle of the array, when using a single motor.
Warning: All shackles used shall have a Working Load Limit (WLL) of no less than 1.5 tons.
Warning: Arrays with an even number of columns (2 or 4) use the pick-point bars from two MC15-FB y bars. Make sure that the exact same pick-point hole number is used
for each shackle.
Note: Arrays with an odd number of columns (1 or 3) use the pick-point bar from MC15-FB y bar.
Note: If you are using two motors, then use pick-point holes 1 and 18, and ignore this table. Use the motors to adjust the angle.
The table below shows the angle of the MC15-R array up, down, or level (zero), for each of the pick-point holes. This is shown for each of the eight possible
array combinations.
As an example of how to use this table, for an array that is one high and three wide, choose pick point number 10 for it to be level, choose hole 14 for it to tilt down
20 degrees, choose hole 6 for it to tilt up 18 degrees.
