SELECTING A PRESET WORKOUT
Preset workouts are accessed by selecting WORKOUTS from the Home Screen. The user may select from specifi c workout
categories listed on the top of the screen to view a subset of all available workouts such as heart rate programs. To begin a
workout, swipe through the workout list (A) and press anywhere within the workout bounding box to select it. Press the next
arrow to continue.
NOTE: The image below may differ slightly based on the base unit used.
