Fan only
In Ventilation mode the room air is circulated, it will neither be
cooled nor dehumidified.
The target temperature is preset to a fixed value of 22°C and
cannot be changed manually.
Info
Remove the exhaust air hose during Ventilation.
1. Press the Modebutton(19) until the VentilationLED(22) is
lit.
ð Ventilation mode is selected.
2. Press the Speed button(18) to set the desired fan stage.
ð The selected operating mode and fan stage are
indicated on the display(16).
Night mode
The night mode can be activated when in Cooling mode.
Night mode comes with the following settings:
• After 1 hour the preset temperature is increased by 1°C.
After anotherhour the preset temperature will again be
increased by 1°C.
• The fan speed is preset to the lowest stage and cannot be
adjusted.
To activate night mode, please proceed as follows:
1. Select Cooling mode.
2. Press the Sleepbutton(13).
ð The CoolingLED (23), Fan speedLED (27) and Night
modeLED (21) are illuminated.
ð The display becomes darker.
3. In order to switch the night mode off, press the Sleep
button(13) once again.
ð The Night mode LED(21) disappears.
ð The display becomes bright.
ð Cooling operation remains active.
ð The fan speed may switch over to the previously set fan
speed.
Switching the locking function on and off
The locking function prevents the buttons on the control panel
from being used.
Please proceed as follows to lock the control panel:
ü The device is switched on.
1. Press the Lockedbutton(12) for approx. 5seconds.
ð The Key lockLED (29) is illuminated.
ð The locking function is activated.
ð The buttons on the control panel cannot be used.
2. Press the Lockedbutton(12) forapprox.5seconds to
switch off the function.
ð The Key lock LED(29) disappears.
ð The buttons on the control panel can be used again.
Timer function
The timer function switches the device off after the set time has
elapsed.
The number of hours of the timer can range from 1 to 24. The
timer can be set in increments of 1hour.
The function can be set in all operating modes.
ü Automatic switch-on: The device is switched off.
ü Automatic switch-off: The device is switched on.
1. Press the Timer button(14) to activate the timer.
ð 00 flashes on the segment display(24).
2. Press the Up(15) or Down(17)button to select the desired
number of hours until automatic switch-on/switch-off.
3. Wait a moment to save the set number of hours.
ð The timer LED(26) is illuminated.
ð After the predefined time, the device switches itself on/
off.
ð Manually switching the device on/off disables the
automatic switch-on/switch-off function.
4. To delete the setting, press the Timer button(14) and
select 00hours.
ð The timer LED(26) goes out.
