Remote control
All settings of the device can also be made using the remote
control included in the scope of delivery.
Insert suitable batteries in the remote control (seechapter
Technical annex).

After a longer period of non-use, the remote control
will switch to standby mode. Standby mode can be
terminated by pressing the Power button(20) on the
remote control The device automatically uses the
current settings entered via the remote control.

Switching the device on
1. Leave the device to rest for 24hours if it has previously
been tilted by more than 45°.
2. Once you have completely installed the device as
described in the Start-up chapter, you can switch it on.
3. Press the On/Off button(20).
ð The device switches on and automatically starts in
Ventilation mode.
4. Select the desired operating mode.
The device switches off automatically when the condensation
tank is full. Ft is displayed on the segment display(24).
Setting the operating mode
Cooling
In Cooling mode the room will be cooled down to the desired
target temperature.
1. Press the Mode button(19) until the Cooling LED(23) is
illuminated.
ð Cooling mode is selected.
2. Select the desired target temperature by use of the Up(15)
or Down(17)buttons. Temperatures between 16°C and
32°C can be selected.
ð The target temperature flashes in the segment
display(24).
ð After a short time, the target temperature stops flashing
and the target temperature value is saved.
3. Press the Speed button(18) to set the desired fan stage.
ð The fan stage is indicated on the display(16).
4. Adjust the ventilation flaps on the air outlet by hand(4) to
align the air current.
