BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING:
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES: SOLUTION:
No sound. 1. Volume is too low.
2. AUX/BT volume is
too low.
1. Increase the volume.

of the external audio
device.
Speaker does not
connect to a smart
device.
The speaker may be
paired with another
device.
Disconnect the
speaker from the other
device by turning o its
Bluetooth or unpairing
it.
Speaker sound is
distorted.
Volume is too high. Lower the volume to
prevent overloading the
speaker, which may
reduce distortion.
No sound when using
the AUX cable.
The AUX cable is not
properly connected.
If the speaker is in a
protective case, it may
block the AUX port.
Carefully remove the
case and reconnect the
cable.
