The camera also supports the ONVIF protocol, which allows you to view
the camera image in a monitoring system (e.g. on NVR recorders). The
port number used in ONVIF mode is 80

4. FAQ
Can’t add a device?
A. Make sure the camera has been reset. Press the Reset button until
you hear a beep.
B. Please enable GPS before adding the device to your mobile phone.
After the installation is complete, you will be asked to enable GPS the
rst time you use the app. If you decide not to enable GPS, uninstall
and reinstall the app.
C. Make sure the camera is not linked to a second account.
Has the camera disconnected?
Check the power supply and internet connection, then restart the came-
ra. If this does not work, delete the camera and add it again in the app.
Unable to identify the TF card?
A. Check the TF card to see if it meets the quality requirements.
B. Problems with the card can also occur when the Wi-Fi signal is not
good.
C. Make sure the power is o before removing/inserting the micro SD
card.
