cracks.
Ifyouseelightbrownorgrayontheinsulator,the
engineisoperatingproperly.Ablackcoatingonthe
insulatorusuallymeanstheaircleanerisdirty.
Setthegapto0.75mm(0.03inch).

ServiceInterval:Every10hours
Yearly
Thebelttensionmaydecreaseovertime.Youmay
needtoadjustthebeltwithinthersthalfhourof
operationduetoinitialbeltstretch.
Important:Checkthebelttensionregularly.
Improperbelttensionmaycauseprematurebelt
wear.
Thebeltmayneedadjustmentifthereisaconstant
squealingsoundwhilethetinesareengagedorifthe
beltslipsandthewheelsandtinesdonotturn.
CheckingandAdjustingthe
ForwardDriveBeltTension
1.Withtheforwarddrive-controlleverintheneutral
position,measurethelengthofthespringonthe
forwarddrivecable.
2.Pulldowntheforwardleverandmeasurethe
lengthoftheextendedspring.Thedifference
shouldbe5mm(3/16inch).
