– Turn the torch gas valve by 2/3 of a turn in (+)
direction (you should hear specic hissing of the gas
coming out).
– Light up gas coming out of the burner.
Adjusting ame size and temperature
Gas valve wheel allows setting the ame size and
temperature.
Turn the wheel in (-) direction to reduce the ame size
and temperature. Turn the wheel in (+) direction to
increase the ame size and temperature.
Extinguishing the ame
– Release gas valve lever (except for soldering tip)
– Turn the gas valve in (-) direction to extreme
position.
– Cut o gas supply from the gas container when the
ame is extinguished.
Replacing burner (except for brazing tip)
– Release the gas valve lever
– Turn gas valve of the torch towards (-) to turn it o.
– Wait until the burner cools down and use hexagonal
key to unscrew burner from sti connection.
– Install new burner by tightening hexagon of the
burner to the sti connection.
Brazing
One of the burners is equipped with a stand and
soldering tip. It allows using the torch as a soldering
torch.
To use soldering tip:
– ensure the burner is not hot,
– install the soldering tip in the torch stand, so the
ame can heat it up,
– turn the wheel of torch gas valve by 2/3 of a turn in
(+) direction (you should hear specic hissing of the
gas coming out).
– direct the torch nozzle forward.
– light up gas coming out of the burner.
In approximately 30 seconds after ignition, the soldering
tip reaches temperature that allows to solder. When
used for the rst time, it is recommended to thoroughly
cover soldering tip with zinc for easier operation.
Once the soldering tip is hot, touch soldered spot with
it and apply ux cored zinc solder wire to join two
elements. When the soldering tip is removed, the solder
hardens and creates permanent joint.
MAINTENANCE
Sometimes using contaminated gas that may
appear when the gas tank is almost empty
causes partial clogging of the nozzle. To clean the nozzle
turn the gas container valve o, disconnect rubber hose
from the gas container, disassemble the torch, clean the
nozzle thoroughly with petrol or similar liquid. You can
also use very thin wire to clear the nozzle. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW THE NOZZLE OPENING TO
ENLARGE.

ВНИМАНИЕ!
1. Не приближайте сопло горелки к лицу и рукам.
Это может причинить ожоги.
2. Во время работы с горелкой сопло сильно
нагревается. Высокая температура сохраняется в
течение некоторого времени после завершения
работы.
3. Запрещается приближать нагретое сопло горелки
к легковоспламеняющимся материалам.
4. Убирая горелку после работы, убедитесь, что
вентиль регулирования расхода газа завинчен,
дайте горелке остыть.
5. Запрещается хранить газовые баллоны при
температуре свыше 40°C (104ºF) или в солнечных
местах.
6. Храните горелку в местах, недоступных для детей.
7. Для работы с горелкой используйте газ пропан,
бутан или смесь пропан-бутан.
8. Избегайте контакта горелки с маслами, кислотами
и другими химическими веществами.
9. Работая с горелкой, пользуйтесь средствами
индивидуальной защиты – защитными очками и
перчатками.
10. Запрещается работать с горелкой в
случае ее повреждения или повреждения
газоподводящего шланга.
11. Запрещается самостоятельно чинить горелку, а
также разбирать.
12. Пользуйтесь горелкой в соответствии с инструкцией.
13. Для безопасной работы горелки не требуется
использование редуктора.
ВНИМАНИЕ!

Не следует применять инструмент для пайки
элементов или материалов, которые будут
подвергаться воздействию температур свыше 130°C.
– Инструмент не следует использовать для пайки
элементов, предназначенных для подъема грузов.
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Убедитесь в хорошем техническом состоянии
газоподводящего шланга, соединяющего
горелку с газовым баллоном. Проверьте соединение
