7.6. Install the saw blade (Fig. 8, Fig. 9)
Fastening parts from accessories kit 26 (Fig. 2.1)
1 unit hexagonal nut M20
1 unit washer D20
1 unit saw blade ange
1 unit clamping ange
Slide the saw blade ange onto the motor shaft.
Position the saw blade together with the clamping
ange and the washer on the saw blade ange, and
secure with the hexagonal nut M20.
m ATTENTION! Saw blade must point with the
arrow towards the operating side
Now tighten the nut well with the saw blade span-
ner (B), by holding the clamping ange with the face
spanner (A), (Fig. 9).

Install the saw blade guard at the right front (5) on
the sea-saw (2) with a socket head screw M 6 x 12
(a) (Fig. 10).
Install the saw blade guards left and right in front
jointly and secure with 2 Phillip’s head screws M 5 x
10 (b), 2 washers D5 and 2 snap rings D5.
Tighten the two cross-head screws (b) in the two
holes of the saw blade guard (c). Seal the two holes
with the plastic plugs (Fig. 11).
7.8. Mounting the saw blade protection on the
bottom (Fig. 12)

Pre-installed on the guard:
2 socket head screws M5x20
2 Shims 5 mm
2 snap rings 5 mm
Now fasten the saw blade protection on the bottom
to the rocker using 2 socket head screws M5x20, 2
nuts (c) and 2 snap rings and a hexagon head screw
M6x25 (d) including shim and nut (2).
7.9. Adjusting the saw blade, (Fig. 13 and 14)
Align the saw blade (D) to the centre of the saw blade
recess of the sea-saw by loosening the 4 screws and
moving the motor in the desired direction.
Then tighten the 4 safety screws (E) to the motor
plate (Fig. 14).
7.10. Mounting of the saw blade cover on the
right (Fig. 15)

Tighten the outer saw blade cover to the inner cover
using 4 cross head screws, 4 washers and 4 snap
rings securely.
7.11. Mounting of the handle bars (Fig. 16)
Mounting parts:
4 pcs. hexagonal screws M5x8 (Pre-mounted in the
handle)
Mount the two handle bars onto the rocker.

Mount the guard panel with the recessed head
screws to the rocker (Fig. 17) and screw the adjust-
ment screw into the centre hole (Fig. 18).
7.13. Mounting the longitudinal arrester (Fig. 19)
Now put the longitudinal arrester into the lateral
drilling on the rocker, set the desired length on the
scale, and secure it with the adjustment screw.
7.14. Mounting of the rocker extension (Fig. 20)
Slide the rocker extension into the opening on the
left side of the rocker and align it correctly in order
for the rewood to sit rmly. Then tighten the rocker
extension with the adjustment screw.
7.15. Mounting the plug combination/ON/OFF

Mounting parts:
4 pcs. hexagonal screws M 4 x 55
4 pcs. plain washers D 4 mm
Mount the plug combination to the motor board with
4 screws and tighten them well.
8. Before starting up
• Do not start the machine until you have made
yourself familiar with these operating instructions
and all the safety instructions. If you have no ex-
perience in handling these machines, you should
obtain assistance from an experienced person.
• Unpack the saw and check it for damage which
may have occurred in transit.
• The machine may only be used outdoors. The
machine must be placed rmly on a horizontal,
even base. The ground around the machine must
be clear of waste, slippery areas and stumbling
blocks.
• All covers and safety equipment must be properly
installed and the saw blade must run freely.
• Check the entire machine and al cables for any
signs of transport damage.
• Check that the saw blade is secured, not dirty,
undamaged and sharp. Sharpen or replace blunt
saw blades.
• Check that all the screw connections are tight.
• Check the splitter inserts for signs of wear and
replace them if necessary.
• The feed cradle must be returned to its original
position automatically.
• Check the machine for any foreign bodies that
may be catapulted out of it.
• The power source must be protected by an RCCB
with a fault current of 30 mA.
