2. Check the oven for damage, such as misaligned or bent doors, damaged gaskets and

sealing surfaces, broken or loose hinges and latches, and dents inside the cavity or on

the door. In case of damage, do not use the oven and contact customer support.

3. This microwave oven should be placed on a flat, stable surface to support its weight and

the heavier food that is likely to be cooked in the oven.

4. Do not place the oven in places where heat, moisture or high humidity is generated or

near combustible materials.

5. For proper operation, the oven must have sufficient airflow. Leave at least 20 cm of free

space needed above the top surface of the oven and 5 cm on both sides. The back plate

of the microwave oven should be placed close to the wall. Do not cover or block any

opening on the appliance. Do not remove the feet.

6. Do not use the oven without the glass plate, roller ring and shaft in the correct positions.

7. The socket must be easily accessible so that it can be easily disconnected in case of

emergency.

8. Do not use the oven outdoors.

9. If you are using the oven for the first time, make sure that the oven is disconnected from

the mains socket and that the TIME knob is in the "0" position. It is advisable to wash all

removable parts that will come into contact with food following the instructions in the

"CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE" paragraph.

10. Before using the oven for the first time, activate it for about 10 minutes by placing a

container of water inside.

11. When the microwave oven with grill function is used for the first time, it may produce a

slight smoke and odor. This is a normal phenomenon because the furnace consists of a

steel plate coated with lubricating oil and the new furnace will produce fumes and odors

generated by the combustion of the lubricating oil. This phenomenon will disappear after

a period of use.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST ASSISTANCE

If the oven does not turn on, check the following points before requesting assistance:

1. Check that the oven is securely connected. If not, remove the plug from the socket, wait 10

seconds and reconnect firmly.

2. Check that there is no blown fuse or main circuit breaker tripped. If they appear to be working

properly, test the socket with another appliance.

3. Check that the control panel is programmed correctly and that the time knob is set correctly.

4. Check that the door is closed firmly, activating the door locking system. If the door is not

closed properly, microwave energy will not flow inside.

IF NONE OF THE SOLUTIONS IS SUFFICIENT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, CONTACT

CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ADJUST OR REPAIR THE OVEN BY

YOURSELF.
