15.2. TS-D1000-SU Sub Control Unit
Symptom Cause and Points to Check Remedy
Power does not turn
on.
Is the power cord or DC plug connected? Ensure that the power cord and DC
plug, which are supplied with the Sub
control unit, are correctly connected.
Is the Sub control unit correctly
connected to the Master control unit?
The Sub control unit’s power is
interlocked with that of the Master
control unit it is connected to.
Ensure that the Master control and Sub
control units are correctly connected
using the supplied cable.

Sound from the
network destinations
connected via the
Web Conference
application cannot be
heard or sound from
the Master control
unit cannot be heard
at the connected
destinations.
Is the USB cable correctly connected? Insert the USB cable into the Master
control unit.
Is the Master control unit displayed on a
PC’s sound settings?
Refer to the PC’s instruction manual to
see if there are any restrictions on the
Unit’s use.
Is "TOA TS-D1100-MU" selected in the
Web Conference application’s Device
settings for selecting microphones and
speakers?
Select "TOA TS-D1100-MU."
Are the microphones or speakers
set to OFF in the Web Conference
application?
Turn ON both the microphones and the
speakers. Refer to the Web Conference
application’s instruction manual
regarding setting method.
Has the USB cable been connected
or replaced while the Web Conference
application is running?
There may be times when the PC
installed with the Web Conference
application does not immediately
recognize these changes. In such
cases, restart the application. Refer
to the application’s instruction manual
regarding how to restart the application.
Sound from the
network destinations
or Master control
unit connected via
the Web Conference
application is too quiet.
Has the volume of the microphones or
speakers been set too low in the Web
Conference application?
Adjust the microphone or speaker
volume settings in the Web Conference
application.
