4. Junction Box
4.1. Connection of speaker cable
For connection of speaker cable to ampli er cable use Junction box according to DIN EN 60670 with multiple
entries and minimum two external xing positions. Please contact your TOA dealer for this option.
• Mount the junction box to a solid, dry and dust free place (If xing wholes are inside the box mounting
screws /washer/ seal must accomplish to the related IP level)
• Open required entries with punching tool with a size tting to the cable (< cable diameter). Take for a tight t
of cable in the entries to prevent get in of water, dust or other particle according to de ned IP level.
• Connect the speaker cable and ampli er cable with a screw terminal (PE / PP isolated according to DIN EN
60998-1)
• Close cover

5 EQUALIZATION USING A EQUALIZER
SC-630M EB-Q frequency response shall t the EN 54-24 frequency response limits.
Therefore, use the equalizer set according to the table to satisfy the EN 54-24 requirement.
Note: Other frequencies gain are set to 0 dB.
