HERES HOW
1. Melt and temper 1/4 cup of chocolate in
the double boiler.
2. Pour about 4 teaspoons or 1 and 1/2
tablespoons of melted chocolate into
the egg mold, up to the fill line marked
in the plastic.
3. Close the mold. Let the chocolate cool
completely. Again, you can put it in the
freezer to speed the hardening.
4. Carefully remove the egg half from the
mold.
5. Repeat to mold a second egg half.
6. “Glue” the two egg halves together
using a little melted chocolate placed
along their edges.
7. Wrap your egg in foil.
