nen und wertvolle Rohstoffe wie Eisen, Zink, Mangan oder Nickel,
die wiedergewonnen werden können.
Als Verbraucher sind Sie gesetzlich verpflichtet, gebrauchte Batte-
rien und Akkus zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung beim Handel
oder entsprechenden Sammelstellen gemäß nationalen oder loka-
len Bestimmungen abzugeben. Die Rückgabe ist unentgeltlich.
Adressen geeigneter Sammelstellen können Sie von Ihrer Stadt-
oder Kommunalverwaltung erhalten.
Die Bezeichnungen für enthaltene Schwermetalle sind:
Cd=Cadmium, Hg=Quecksilber, Pb=Blei.
Reduzieren Sie die Entstehung von Abfällen aus Batterien, indem
Sie Batterien mit längerer Lebensdauer oder geeignete wiederauf-
ladbare Akkus nutzen. Vermeiden Sie die Vermüllung der Umwelt
und lassen Sie Batterien oder batteriehaltige Elektro- und Elektro-
nikgeräte nicht achtlos liegen. Die getrennte Sammlung und Ver-
wertung von Batterien und Akkus leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag
zur Entlastung der Umwelt und Vermeidung von Gefahren für die
Gesundheit.

3. Zu Ihrer Sicherheit
• Das Produkt ist ausschließlich für den oben beschriebenen Einsatzbereich
geeignet. Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht anders, als in dieser Anleitung
dargestellt wird.
• Das eigenmächtige Reparieren, Umbauen oder Verändern des Gerätes ist
nicht gestattet.
Vorsicht!
Verletzungsgefahr:
• Halten Sie das Gerät und die Batterie außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern.
• Kleinteile können von Kindern (unter drei Jahren) verschluckt werden.
• Batterien enthalten gesundheitsschädliche Säuren und können bei Ver-
schlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Wurde eine Batterie verschluckt, kann
dies innerhalb von 2 Stunden zu schweren inneren Verätzungen und zum
Tode führen. Wenn Sie vermuten, eine Batterie könnte verschluckt oder
anderweitig in den Körper gelangt sein, nehmen Sie sofort medizinische
Hilfe in Anspruch.
• Batterien nicht ins Feuer werfen, kurzschließen, auseinandernehmen oder
aufladen. Explosionsgefahr!
• Um ein Auslaufen der Batterien zu vermeiden, sollten schwache Batterien
möglichst schnell ausgetauscht werden.
• Sollte eine Batterie ausgelaufen sein, vermeiden Sie Kontakt mit Haut,
Augen und Schleimhäuten. Spülen Sie ggf. umgehend die betroffenen Stel-
len mit Wasser und suchen Sie einen Arzt auf.
Wichtige Hinweise zur Produktsicherheit!
• Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen extremen Temperaturen, Vibrationen und
Erschütterungen aus.
4. Bedienung
• Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach und entfernen Sie den Batterieunterbrechungs-
streifen.
• Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie vom Display ab.
• Das Gerät ist jetzt betriebsbereit.
4.1 Count down Timer
• Stellen Sie mit den MIN Tasten die Minuten und mit der SEC Taste die
Sekunden ein.
• Drücken Sie die START/STOP Taste und die Zählung beginnt.
• Mit der START/STOP Taste können Sie die Zählung anhalten und wieder
starten.
• Nach Ablauf der Zeit ertönt ein Alarmsignal.
• Drücken Sie die START/STOP Taste, um den Alarmton auszuschalten.
• Auf dem Display erscheint die zuletzt eingestellte Zeit.
• Durch gleichzeitiges Drücken der MIN und SEC Taste wird die Anzeige
gelöscht.
4.2 Stoppuhr
• Drücken Sie die START/STOP Taste und die Zählung beginnt.
• Mit der START/STOP Taste können Sie die Zählung anhalten und wieder
starten.
• Durch gleichzeitiges Drücken der MIN und SEC Taste wird die Anzeige
gelöscht.
4.3 Befestigung
• Benutzen Sie den Magneten auf der Rückseite des Instrumentes zur Befe-
stigung auf Metalloberflächen oder den Tischständer zum Aufstellen.
5. Pflege und Wartung
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten Tuch. Keine
Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel verwenden!

7. Waste disposal

Remove non-permanently installed batteries and rechargeable bat-

This product must not be disposed of in ordinary household waste.
As a consumer, you are required to take end-of-life devices to a
designated collection point for the disposal of electrical and elec-
tronic equipment, in order to ensure environmentally-compatible

with household waste. They contain pollutants such as heavy met-
als, which can be harmful to the environment and human health if
disposed of improperly, and valuable raw materials such as iron,

consumer, you are legally obliged to hand in used batteries and
rechargeable batteries for environmentally friendly disposal at
retailers or appropriate collection points in accordance with

• This product is exclusively intended for the field of application described
above. It should only be used as described within these instructions.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, calibrations or changes to the product
are prohibited.
Caution!
Risk of injury:
• Keep this device and the battery out of reach of children.
• Small parts can be swallowed by children (under three years old).
• Batteries contain harmful acids and may be hazardous if swallowed. If a
battery is swallowed, this can lead to serious internal burns and death
within two hours. If you suspect a battery could have been swallowed or
otherwise caught in the body, seek medical help immediately.
• Batteries must not be thrown into a fire, short-circuited, taken apart or
recharged. Risk of explosion!
• Low batteries should be changed as soon as possible to prevent damage
caused by leaking.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes when handling leak-
ing batteries. In case of contact, immediately rinse the affected areas with
water and consult a doctor.
Important information on product safety!
• Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, vibrations or shocks.
4. Operation
• Open the battery compartment and remove the battery insulation strip.
• Pull the protective foil off the display.
• The unit is now ready to use.
4.1 Count Down Timer
• Press the MIN button to set the minutes and press the SEC button to set
the
seconds of the desired time.
•
Press the START/STOP button to start the count down process.
• You can stop and continue the countdown by pressing the START/STOP
button.
• When the timer counted down a beeping alarm will sound.
• Press the START/STOP button to deactivate the alarm sound.
• On the display appears the last selected time.
• Press the MIN and SEC button at the same time to reset the timer.
4.2 Stopwatch
• Press the START/STOP button to start the count up process.
• You can stop and continue the count up process by pressing the START/
STOP button.
• Press the MIN and SEC button at the same time to reset the timer.
4.3 Fixing
• Use the magnet at the back of the timer for placement on metal surfaces or
fold out the table stand.
5. Care and maintenance
• Clean your instrument with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or
scouring agents.
• Remove the battery, if you do not use the product for a long period of time.
• Keep the instrument in a dry place.
5.1 Battery replacement
• Replace the battery when the display becomes weak or the alarm tone
declines.
• Ensure correct polarity when inserting the battery.

7. Traitement des déchets

3. Pour votre sécurité
• L'appareil est uniquement destiné à l'utilisation décrite ci-dessus. Ne l'utili-
sez jamais à d'autres fins que celles décrites dans le présent mode d'emploi.
• Vous ne devez en aucun cas réparer, démonter ou modifier l'appareil par
vous même.
Attention !
Danger de blessure :
• Placez votre appareil et la pile hors de la portée des enfants.

Les petites pièces peuvent être avalées par les enfants (de moins de trois ans).
• Les piles contiennent des acides nocifs pour la santé et peuvent être mortel-
les dans le cas d’une ingestion. Si une pile a été avalée, elle peut entraîner
des brûlures internes graves ainsi que la mort dans l’espace de 2 heures. Si
vous craignez qu’une pile ait pu être avalée ou ingérée d’une autre manière,
quelle qu’elle soit, contactez immédiatement un médecin d’urgence.
• Ne jetez jamais de piles dans le feu, ne les court-circuitez pas, ne les
démontez pas et ne les rechargez pas. Risque d'explosion !
• Une pile faible doit être remplacée le plus rapidement possible afin d'éviter
toute fuite.
• Évitez tout contact de la peau, des yeux et des muqueuses avec le liquide
des piles. En cas de contact, rincez immédiatement les zones concernées à
l’eau et consultez un médecin.

4. Utilisation
• Ouvrez le compartiment à pile et enlevez le film de protection de la pile.
• Tirer la feuille de protection de l’affichage.
• L’instrument est maintenant prêt à fonctionner.
4.1 Minuteur digital
• Vous pouvez régler les minutes par la touche MIN et les secondes par la
touche SEC.
• Appuyez sur la touche START/STOP pour démarrer le comptage.
• Appuyez sur la touche START/STOP pour arrêter et redémarrer le comptage.
• Une alarme sonne dès que le temps s’est écoulé.
• Appuyez sur la touche START/STOP pour arrêter l’alarme.
• Le dernier temps réglé apparaît sur l’affichage.
• Appuyez sur la touche MIN et la touche SEC simultanément, l’affichage est
effacé.
4.2 Chronomètre
• Appuyez sur la touche START/STOP pour démarrer le comptage.
• Appuyez sur la touche START/STOP pour arrêter et redémarrer le comptage.
• Appuyez sur la touche MIN et la touche SEC simultanément, l’affichage est
effacé.
4.3 Fixation
•U
tilisez l’aimant au dos du minuteur pour la fixation sur les surfaces métalli-
ques ou déplier le support de table pour poser.
5. Entretien et maintenance
• Pour le nettoyage de votre appareil, utilisez un chiffon doux et humide.
N’utilisez aucun agent solvant abrasif !
• Enlevez la pile, si vous n’utilisez pas votre appareil pendant une durée pro-
longée.
• Conserver votre appareil dans un endroit sec.
