• Prior to cleaning, disconnect the device from power mains.
• Micro-organisms that may be present in the water or in the environment where the
appliance is used or stored, can grow in the water tank and be blown in the air causing
very serious health risks if the water is not renewed. To prevent the accumulation of scale,
algae or bacteria, remove residual water from the water tank, clean the water tank and ll
it with fresh, clean water every three days of use.
• To clean the water tank, rst detach it from the mist generator. Open the cover and rinse
the tank under running water. If scale or any other dirt has accumulated inside the water
tank, make sure to remove it. Wipe the tank dry before reattachment.
• Clean the housing with a soft, slightly wet cloth. Do not use any abrasives or chemical
agents to clean this device.
• If the device is not going to be used for an extended period of time, empty the water tank
and drain the water from the mist generator.
First detach the water tank
from the mist generator.
Place the mist generator over
the sink or a container. Then
pull out the rubber plug (1)
from the drain outlet (2), so
that the water can ow out.
