Food is lumpy or
unevenly chopped
• This can happen when too much food is being blended
at one time. Try a smaller amount, and work in batches if
necessary.
• The ingredients may be too large. Try cutting into smaller
pieces. For best results, ingredients should be in pieces no
larger than 1,5 cm.
Blender has stopped
suddenly during
operation
• Blend smaller amount of food and cut ingredients into
smaller chunks.
• Check if the blender has not loosened during processing.
Re-install the device.
• Protection might have worked. Turn the device o,
disconnect it from power supply and let it completely cool
down.
No reaction after knob /
button operation
In case of automatic turn o, please rotate the knob to OFF and
let the device cool down before reusing!
Cannot open the
blender lid
The machine is equipped with a protective feature - remove
the jar from the machine before opening the lid!
