2. Keep up the temperature for about 10-15 minutes. Once this time is up, turn o the
device.
3. Wait for the device to cool down.
4. Use the noble metal brush to clean the residues on the cooking grid. Remember to
empty the grease tray.
5. Other internal and external components of the device clean with soft cloth/sponge
and lukewarm water with light detergent (e.g. dish soap).
• Clean the appliance of excess fat with a damp cloth using a mild detergent solution as the
cleaning agent. Never use ammable or corrosive cleaning agents!
• CAUTION: All cleaning and maintenance should be carried out when the barbecue is cool
and when the gas cylinder valve is turned o.
• It is recommended to clean and perform maintenance of the device at least once a
month, otherwise the user will face the risk of re!
Outside surface
• Use mild detergent or baking soda and hot water solution. Non-abrasive scouring powder
can be used on stubborn stains, then rinse with water.
• If the inside surface of the barbecue lid has the appearance of pealing paint, baked on
grease build up has turned to carbon and is aking o. Clean thoroughly with strong hot
soapy water solution. Rinse with water and allow to completely dry. NEVER USE OVEN
CLEANER.
Interior of barbecue bottom
• Remove residue using brush, scraper and/or cleaning pad then wash with a soapy water
solution. Rinse with water and allow dry to.
Cooking grid
• Use a mild soapy water solution. Non-abrasive scouring powder can be used on stubborn
stains, then rinse with water.
Grease tray
• Check the grease tray regularly and empty the tray when 1/3 full. DO NOT open/empty
the grease tray during use.
Plastic surfaces
• Wash with a soft cloth and warm soapy water solution. Rinse with water. Do not use
abrasive cleaners, degreasers or a concentrated barbecue cleaner on plastic parts.
Cleaning the burner assembly
• Turn the gas cylinder valve and all the control knobs to o and disconnect the gas
cylinder.
• Remove cooking grate and ame tamers when cold.
• Clean the burner with a soft brush or blow clean with compressed air and wipe with a
cloth.
• Clean any clogged ports with a pipe cleaner or sti wire (eg. an opened paper clip).
• Inspect burner for any damage (cracks or holes). If damage is found, contact an authorized
service point for repair.
