The appliance should be used with its base tted.
ASSEMBLING THE BATTERY OF THE REMOTE
CONTROL
This appliance uses a 3V CR2032 battery.
Caution: During the handling of batteries, do not touch
both poles at the same time, as this will provoke the
partial discharge of the stocked energy therefore affecting
longevity.
Remove the cover of the batteries compartment.
Check that the plastic covering that protects the batteries
has been removed (some batteries are sold with a
protective covering).
Put the batteries in its compartment, respecting the
polarity.
Replace the cover of the battery compartment.
It is essential that the batteries should always be the
same kind and the same charge. Never mix alkaline
batteries with Carbon-Zinc ones and/or rechargeable
ones.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
DO NOT charge rechargeable batteries while they are
still in the appliance as it may cause internal gas or heat
generation, resulting in an explosion or possibly a re that
could cause serious injury or property damage.
To preserve battery life, remove the batteries when it’s not
being used, and is not expected to be used for extended
periods of time.
WARNING: Danger of explosion if the battery is
incorrectly replaced.
• WARNING: DO NOT INGEST THE BATTERY;
CHEMICAL BURN HAZARD. This product contains a
coin/button cell battery. If the coin/button cell battery is
swallowed, it can cause several internal burns in just two
hours and can lead to death.
Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the
battery compartment does not close securely, stop using
the product and keep it away from children.
If you think batteries might have been swallowed or
placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate
medical attention.
If the coin cell battery contents come into contact with
the skin, immediately wash the area with mild soap and
water. If coin cell battery liquid gets into the eyes, rinse
them with water over the open eye for 15 minutes or
until irritation ceases. If medical attention is needed, the
battery electrolyte is composed of an organic solvent and
lithium salts.
Do not incinerate or dispose of tool together with
household waste material! Tool that has reached the end
of its life must be collected separately and returned to an
environmentally compatible recycling facility.
ASSEMBLING THE BASE (FIG.1)
Fit the bottom tube with the base by xing it with the base
nut.
Fit the appliance with the top tube, and then match the
top tube with the bottom tube.
Stand the appliance up again so as to check that the base
works properly.
MOUTING THE WALL BRACKET (FIG.3)
The appliance is supplied with a wall bracket to support it.
Fix the wall bracket using rawlplugs, screws ...
Place the wall bracket in the required position, taking into
account the required spacing, and mark the drilling points
on the wall.
Drill holes in the wall as indicated and insert the
rawlplugs.
Position the bracket, aligning the holes with the rawlplugs
and screw tight.
Make sure the bracket is secure; it should be able to
support twice the weight of the appliance.
Fit the appliance into the wall bracket.
ASSEMBLING THE FLOOR FAN BRACKET (FIG.4)
Fit the bracket into the nuts on the side of the motor
housing and tighten it.
As a oor fan, the angle of the bracket can be freely
adjusted.
ASSEMBLING THE GRILL AND THE PROPELLER
Remove the rear grill nut and the propeller nut from the
motor shaft if they are attached to it when removing the
appliance from its packaging.
Fit the rear grill on the motor housing, matching their
tting points.
Tight the rear grill nut that attaches the grill. Make sure of
a correct setting.
Fit the propeller on the motor shaft in its right position.
Tight the propeller nut that attaches the propeller and
make sure of a correct setting.
Fit the front grill front the rear grill.
Fix the front grill turning around it xing belt and tight the
security screw by using a screwdriver.
Check the correct rotation of the propeller.
