Chapter 3: Maintenance and Component Installation

Expansion Cards

Each node in the AS -3015MR-H10TNR includes one riser card to support a PCIe x16 low-

prole expansion card.

Installing Expansion Cards

1. Power down and remove the node from the chassis as described in the previous

section, then lay it on a at surface.

2. Remove the riser card with the screws as shown below.

3. Remove the blank PCI shield from the chassis.

4. Plug the expansion card into the riser card then secure the riser card assembly back

into the node with the screws previously removed.

5. Replace the node back into the chassis and power it back on.
