Possible solutions are provided with the listed issue:
Solutions to common problems
Strong odor
• For best results, follow the times and temperatures specified
in your recipe. If you find that your new oven is consistently
too hot or too cold, you can adjust the temperature settings to
better suit your cooking preferences.
Flames inside the oven
or smoke coming from
oven vent
The appliance does not work
Oven light does not work
• This is temporary and will disappear after several uses.
My new oven does not cook as
my old one. Is something wrong
with temperature settings?
Fan noise occurring
after
the
oven is
turned off
• If grease or food has spilled onto the bottom of the oven or
into the oven cavity, it can cause smoke during use. To
prevent this, wipe up any excessive spills before starting the
oven, especially when using the grill function.
• Make sure the power cord is plugged in correctly exit.
• Electrical power outage. Check the house lights to be on.
Call your local power company for information on service
outages.
• Make sure the gas connection has been installed correctly.
• Make sure the oven light is securely plugged into the outlet.
• The oven light is defective, replace it with a new bulb.
• This is normal. The device features a cooling fan that
operates during cooking to cool the internal electronics. It is
common for this fan to continue running for a while, even
after the oven has been turned off.
