Turn on the Oven Burner
• Broil mode uses the upper burner to cook the food.
• Use the broiler for cuts of meat or foods that you want
to cook thoroughly.

you

the best results. These modes are

below.

that
your
new
oven
may perform differently than the oven it is replacing.

Keep the door open while igniting the burner.
The burner is off, the oven is not heating.
• The thermostat automatically controls the temperature.
• The gas supply to the oven burner is regulated by a
two-way thermostatic valve, which manages both the
cooking and grilling burners.
To light the pilot light on the burner

Temperature (range: 300-500 °F)
The cooking temperature in the cooking
compartment is displayed in °F.
• Push the knob in and turn it to MIN. Hold it in place
for for about 5 seconds until the light turns on.
• Adjust the temperature knob to activate the lower
burner for baking.
• Cooking Mode uses the heat from the
burners to cook food.
• When baking items like cakes, biscuits,
and pastries, always preheat the oven.

• Push the button in and turn it to Broil. Hold it in
place for for about 5 seconds until the top burner
lights on.

WARNING
It takes a long time to expel the air in the gas
pipe when the oven is ignited for the first time.
Please wait patiently for the pilot to ignite.
