4. Settings
4.1 Temperature
The temperature is variably adjustable. In the delivered condition,
temperature selection is limited. This limitation can be cancelled
by a qualified contractor (see chapter “Installation/ Settings”).
You can interrupt the heating process by setting the temperature
selector to “cold”.

III Maximum temperature setting 82°C
Depending on the system, the actual temperatures may vary from
the set value.
4.2 Rapid heat-up in dual circuit operation

If required, you can switch on the rapid heat-up function with the
button. The rapid heat-up function switches off when the selected
temperature has been reached and will not switch on again.
5. Cleaning, care and maintenance
f Have the electrical safety of the appliance regularly checked
by a qualified contractor.
Scaling
f Almost every type of water will deposit limescale at high
temperatures. Limescale will settle inside the appliance and
affect its function and service life. The heating elements must
therefore be descaled from time to time. A qualified contrac-
tor who is aware of the local water quality will tell you when
the next service is due.
f Check the taps regularly. Limescale deposits at the tap out-
lets can be removed using commercially available descaling
agents.
f Regularly activate the safety valve to prevent it from becom-
ing blocked e.g. by limescale deposits.
6. Troubleshooting
Fault Cause Remedy
The water does not heat
up.
There is no power.
Check the fuses/ MCBs in
your fuse box/ distribu-
tion board.
The temperature is incor-
rectly adjusted.
Check the temperature
setting.
The flow rate is low.
The aerator in the taps or
shower heads is dirty or
scaled-up.
Clean or descale the aer-
ator or shower head.
Water drips from the
safety assembly after
heating has stopped.
The valve seat is contam-
inated.
Depressurise and isolate
the appliance from the
power supply. Contact a
qualified contractor.
If you cannot remedy the fault, notify a qualified contractor. To
