Installation
The working position of the homogenizer can be adjusted forward, backward,
upward, or downward to suit different laboratory conditions. To ensure stable and
safe operation, make sure to securely tighten all fixed points during assembly.
Please read the "Operating Instructions" carefully before using the device.
Operation instructions for SBS-UH-130 and SBS-UH-150
1. Turn on the device and adjust the speed using the "▲" and "▼" buttons.
2. The product does not have a speed-setting function, but the LED display
shows real-time detection of rotational speed.
3. After installation, ensure the power switch is off before connecting the
power cable to the socket. Failure to do so may result in sudden startup,
which could be dangerous to the operator, the device, or the material being
tested.
4. If the device has not been used for a long period, inspect it before use,
especially the electrical components. You can use a megohmmeter to test
the insulation resistance of the system.
5. The motor brush is a quick-wear part and should be inspected regularly.
When inspecting, switch off the power, disconnect the brush cover, and
remove the brush. If the brush length is less than 6mm, replace it
immediately. When installing a new brush, use the specified type to ensure
smooth movement and to prevent electric sparks or motor failure.
6. If the motor does not run during operation, first inspect the power supply,
the electric plug, and the brush contacts to ensure they are functioning
correctly. If all these components are fine but the motor still does not run,
consult a professional for repair or contact our service department.
