4. During operation, if the motor does not run, inspect the power supply,
the electric plug, and the brush contact to ensure they are functioning
correctly. If all components are in working order but the motor still does
not run, consult a professional or contact our company for repair.
Points for attention
1. The homogenizer should be operated in a clean and dry environment. The
ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C. Ensure that no foreign
material enters the motor.
2. If the homogenizer is used in wet conditions, it must be equipped with an
electric leakage protection device to ensure operator safety.
3. If the homogenizer is used in a highly corrosive environment, appropriate
protections must be applied to prevent damage to the machine and electrical
components.
4. The device must not be operated in combustible or explosive conditions. If
volatile or combustible materials are used in the test, ensure all necessary
precautions are taken to prevent fire hazards.
5. If the device is subject to voltage fluctuations, it may affect speed control. In
such cases, use a voltage stabilizer.
6. This homogenizer is equipped with a carbon brush motor, which is not
designed for continuous long-term operation. If the motor starts to overheat,
stop operation immediately.
