Installation
• Do not tilt the appliance over 45
o
while transportation or operation.
• The appliance should be installed in the clean laboratory or factory building, away from dust and quiver
source. Unpack it carefully and after setting it, please revolve the leg to make it exert itself, and then
position the worktable horizontal.
• The earth terminal of the casing must be connected to a reliable grounding (see the universal ground
symbol on the housing).
• Connect the power cord to a grounded socket.
• The air flow speed of the worktable should be adjusted to the best state while dispatching from the
factory. It should be adjusted to the low-grade location in the initial stage, and generally improve in half
a year.
Device use
• If the worktable is newly installed or has not been used for a long time, clean it and the surrounding
environment with dust catcher or the tool that will not produce fiber before using, and then use
medicine sterilization or the ultraviolet sterilization method to deal with sterilization.
• Start the appliance 5 minutes in advance and turn on the UV-light.
• Shut off the sterilisation light after 30 minutes, and then turn on the air blower.
• The operation can be started 20 minutes later, turn on the fluorescent lamp while operating.
Maintenance
a) Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not being used.
• Wait for the rotating elements to stop.
b) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
c) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge it in water.
d) Do not allow water to get inside the device through vents in the housing of the device.
e) Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
f) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
g) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
h) HEPA-filter lifetime:
When the fan had been running for 2500 hours, the indicator light and gear of the fan will flash when
the fan is running, indicating that the user needs to change the filter. While changing the high-efficient
filter, open the top cover, pay attention to the arrow sign on the filter, the direction of arrow indicates
the laminar flow. Check carefully while changing the filter, make sure the frame is sealed well all around;
otherwise, the filter result will be influenced. After changing the filter, press the "Fan" button for 5
seconds until the four lights in the middle of the indicator bar are lit at the same time. At this time, the
"Fan" button can be released to restore the normal working state.
