• Different lashing devices (e.g., ratchet load binder, synthetic fiber lashing straps) should
not be used together due to varying load behavior. All components must be compatible
with the product.
• Ensure load stability independently of the ratchet load binder. Avoid unintentional load
drops by using lifting equipment to stabilize the load before releasing the tensioner.
• Release the product before attempting to unload.
1. Unscrew the spines on both sides.
2. Attach both hooks to the chain.
3. Pull the pawl to the corresponding position.
4. Turn the handle to twist the spiny rod into the ratchet cylinder and tighten the chain.
Work Environment
• The working environment temperature should range from -20°C to +40°C, with a relative air humidity of
no more than 85%. The environment should be free from flammable, explosive, or corrosive substances,
including corrosive gases and flammable or explosive dust.
