2 Set the control panels using the panel selection buttons in [Target Panel] for each virtual menu.
Click/tap the panel selection button for a virtual menu (1 to 6), and select the target control panel
from the drop-down list.
PNL1: Set control panel 1.
PNL2: Set control panel 2.
PNL3: Set control panel 3.
PNL4: Set control panel 4.
--: No control panel is set.
To cancel the setup and return to the previous state, click/tap [Reset].
[Note]
[without MKS-X7011] is displayed in [Note] if a standalone mode control panel is selected.
For details about standalone mode, see “To set standalone mode” (page 4).
3 Click/tap [Apply].
4 Check the message, and click/tap [Yes].
To set standalone mode
In standalone mode, you can use a virtual menu to operate a menu without using the menu panel.
If the menu panel becomes inoperable, due to malfunction or other cause, then operation using a virtual
menu connected to the same control panel will also become unavailable. In this case, menu operation
from Virtual Menu can be enabled by setting the control panel to standalone mode.

Only one control panel can be set to standalone mode.
A menu panel cannot be connected to a control panel that is set to standalone mode.
1 Enable standalone mode.
Click/tap the [Connect Virtual Menus to XXX without MKS-X7011.] checkbox (where “XXX” represents
the panel selection button) to place a check mark in the box.
2 Select a control panel.
Click/tap a panel selection button, and select the target control panel from the drop-down list.
3 Click/tap [Apply].
4 Check the message, and click/tap [Yes].
