Chapter 1 Introduction
Names and Functions of Parts

a File (in setup mode)
Click here to open the [File] menu. The [File] menu has the
following commands.
New Setup: Serves for creating a new setup.
(see page 91)
Reset to Default Values: This has the same effect as
clicking all [Reset] buttons on the various tabs.
Settings that have been locked will also be reset,
except for certain settings.
Save Setup Data: Save the current settings as a setup
file. (see page 92)
Manage Setup Files: Perform operations such as
selecting the setup file used at startup (see page 34),
and deleting setup files (see page 93).
Configure Shot Box: Register or delete snapshot
information in the Shot Box. (see page 115)
Select System Mode: Change the system mode. (see
page 30)
Restart this Processor: Restart the selected MPE-200
unit. (see page 26)
Shutdown the System: Quit the SIP GUI software, and
turn power to all connected MPE-200 units off. (see
page 25)
Exit: Quit the SIP GUI software. (see page 25)
b Connect
Click here to open the [Connect] menu.
The [Connect] menu has the following commands.
Connect to Processors: Connect to the MPE-200 unit.

Disconnect this processor: Disconnect the selected
MPE-200 unit (in setup mode). (see page 30)
Assign Processors: Assign a camera pair number to
the MPE-200 unit. (see page 28)
c Tools
Click here to open the [Tools] menu. The [Tools] menu has
the following commands.
Auto Alignment: Automatically calculate the optimal
values for the three adjustment parameters of the right
and left cameras in the [Camera Alignment] tab, and
configure these values. (see page 63)
Auto Color Matching: Automatically calculate the
optimal values for all adjustment parameters for the
right and left cameras in the [Color Correction] tab
and configure these values. (see page 69)
