turn the dot on/o at a dot position).

Synchronizing the tempo with another de-
vice connected to the SYNC IN
① Connect the SYNC OUT on the other device with the
SYNC IN on the LIVEN BASS&BEATS.
② Set the clock source to SYNC. (See "Setting the
clock source" on p.45)
• When starting playback, it will synchronize with the
clock source.
Synchronizing tempo with an ELZ_1 or
Pocket Operator (PO)
① Connect the LIVEN BASS&BEATS headphone out to
the ELZ_1 AUX IN or PO input.
② While pressing
, press CLOCK and select
A.OUT.
③ Turn the
VALUE knob to select ON.
• The synchronization signal is sent from the left
channel of the headphone output.
• The right headphone channel outputs a mono mix
signal.
• CLOCK menu
Insert effects: I.DLY, CRSH, DIST, LPF, HPF, ISO,
TLT.F
Send effects: CHRS, FLNG, S.DLY, HALL, ROOM,
M.RVB
Changing the eect amount
① Turn the FX AMOUNT knob.
• The parameter is shown on the display.
• The adjustment range is 0–127.
Setting the playback unit used during
random playback
① While pressing , press PTN BASS or PTN
DRUM and select RAND.
• RAND will be shown on the display.
② Turn the
VALUE knob to change the playback unit.
• The playback unit is shown on the display.
• The set playback unit will be used for random play
-
back.
• The setting options are OFF, 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16.
• All steps will be played.
• If set to OFF, the track will not be played randomly
even when the sequence mode is set to RANDOM.
Changing pattern names
① While pressing , press DATA, and select
P.N.ED.
• The name of the pattern currently selected is
shown on the display.
② Turn the
VALUE knob to select the pattern name
to edit.
