7. Before you start
Remove the hand-held hoover and all accessories from the packaging. Remove all packaging
material and check that all parts are complete and undamaged. If you find anything missing or
damaged, please contact the manufacturer.
7.1 Preparing the hand-held hoover
The dust filter holder (13) and the dust filter (12) may have worked loose during transport. Check
they fit properly and, if necessary, push them firmly back into the dust container (14).
Place the dust container (14) on the motor block (8) by first placing it on the fitting at the bottom
of the motor block (8) and then folding it closed until you hear the release button (11) engage.
7.2 Fitting the wall bracket (4)
DANGER! Make sure that there are no electricity,
gas, water or other lines where you want to install the
wall bracket (4).
Please note that the rawlplugs (6) and screws (5) supplied are only approved for
concrete, lime sandstone, solid brick and porous brick walls. If necessary, consult a
specialist dealer for suitable fittings if the wall to which you plan to mount the bracket
is made of different materials.
The wall bracket (4) provided allows you to store and charge the hand-held hoover on the wall.
Select a suitable location to mount the wall bracket (4). There must be an accessible mains socket
for a USB power adapter (not included) to connect to the charging cable (3). It must also be
easy to remove the hand-held hoover from the wall bracket (4).
