1. Turn the temperature control
[] counter-
clockwise all the way to MIN.
2. Connect the mains plug
[7] with an
appropriate socket-outlet.
3. Make sure the mains cord is laid out safely.
4. Set the temperature control to the desired
temperature.
As long as the product has not yet reached
the set temperature and is still heating up,
the control light
[9] remains lit. Once the set
temperature has been reached, the control
light goes off.
5. Once the set temperature has been reached,
you can begin ironing.
Filling the water tank
DANGER! Risk of electric shock!
Always disconnect the mains plug
[7] from
the socket-outlet before filling the water tank.

ATTENTION! Fill the water tank with tap
water or distilled water without any additives.
If your tap water is hard, use distilled water.
Where the water is moderately hard, mix
distilled water and tap water at a ratio of
1:1.
NOTES:
o Check the hardness of your household’s
water with your local water supplier.
o The water tank has a filling capacity of
approximately 220 ml.
o The max mark [] that marks the maximum
filling capacity applies when the product is
set up vertically on the base
[8].
o Before filling water into the water tank: Set
the steam control
[4] to the (no steam)
position.

IMPORTANT! Use the measuring cup []
to fill water into the water tank.
1. Place the product on the base and tip it
forward at approximately 45°.
2. Open the lid of the fill opening
[3].
3. Carefully pour water into the water tank. Do
not exceed the max mark.
4. Close the lid of the fill opening
.
Spray function
o Prior to ironing, the fabric may be sprayed
with water as required. To do so, press the
spray button
[5].
Steam burst
o You can steam the fabric through the
soleplate
[1] as required. To do so, press the
steam button
[6]. NOTES:
o The temperature control [] should be set to
to generate the steam burst.
o You can also use the steam burst in a vertical
position.
Steam ironing
o You can also set the iron to continuously give
off steam.
o The temperature control [] should be at the
highest level
to produce enough steam.
As long as the product has not yet reached
the set temperature and is still heating up, the
control light
[9] remains lit.
Once the set temperature has been reached,
the control light goes off.
o Set the steam control [4] to the desired steam
amount. The steam control has 3 positions:
No
steam
Medium
steam
Maximum
steam
NOTE: Continuous steam ironing is only
possible when the iron is held horizontally. If
you hold the iron vertically or set it down, this
interrupts steam operation.
o Steam ironing finished: Set the steam control
to the
(no steam) position.
