5.3.3. Master/Slave Setup
The Performer Fresnel 2200 DDT supports master/slave control mode. To connect multiple devices in a master/
slave setup, follow the steps below:
01) Connect the DMX OUT connector of the 1
st
device to the DMX IN connector of the 2
nd
device with a 3-01)
pin/5-pin DMX cable.
02) Repeat step 1 to connect all devices in a daisy-chain.02)
03) Connect a DMX terminator (120 Ω resistor) to the DMX OUT connector of the last device on the data link.03)
04) Set every device on the daisy-chain to MAST in the Mode setting submenu (see 6.6.6.6. Mode Setting on04)
page 28).
05) Set all devices on the daisy-chain, except the 1
st
device, to SLAVE in the Run Mode menu (see 6.6.2. Run05)
